I highly recommend this experience to everyone. We visited CoolTour 4 years ago and repeated visit this year as well. It is unforgettable experience. Visitors being welcomed as family with simple but super tasty food. Best lamb that I ever had in years. Cheese making tour is very memorable. What a great tour! It began with Kepa picking us up in San Sebastián and taking us to the farm. We enjoyed spending time on the farm, had an opportunity to herd the sheep to a nearby pasture, learn all about the work on the farm from Micael the Shepherd, and Kepa.
