8 friends and I recently returned from a 5-day holiday at Spanish Enduro Trails in Velez Rubio, Spain, and I can't express how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, every aspect of the trip exceeded my expectations.
Our hosts, Baz and his son Tom, were absolutely fantastic. They guided us through the stunning enduro trails, showcasing the beautiful Spanish landscape while ensuring our safety and enjoyment. Both of them are experienced riders, and their passion for biking was infectious. They tailored the rides to our skill levels, making sure everyone felt comfortable as our group varied in skill levels.
The Beta enduro bikes provided by Spanish Enduro Trails were in excellent condition, allowing us to tackle the diverse terrain with confidence. The trails themselves ranged from scenic views to challenging routes, offering an exhilarating experience every day. Each ride was an adventure in its own right.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade food prepared by Baz’s wife. After a long day of riding, coming back to a hearty meal was simply perfect. The meals were not only tasty but also showcased the local flavors, which added to our overall experience of Spain.
Overall, my time at Spanish Enduro Trails was a thrilling and memorable holiday. The combination of amazing trails, top-notch bikes, and wonderful hospitality made for the perfect getaway. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for adventure and camaraderie in the beautiful hills of Spain. I can't wait to return for...
Read moreWell this was my second time going to Spanish Enduro Trails and the welcome we received was second to none. The accommodation and food supplied by Baz and his family is amazing. The best bit is the bikes riding the reliable Betas. I chose the Xtrainer as I have one myself and found them great for me. Last year I was a little nervous about some of the rides we did as I am nearly 70 years old but why was I nervous not sure. If you didn't fancy trying something your not sure about there is always a ride around. This time how ever I tried some of the harder stuff like hill climbs I would not normally do and cracked it. Amazing when you push yourself a little further and then the buzz comes in. These guys certainly know how to keep the guys happy. The scenery all around the rides are amazing. The technical stuff was great I know I did things that I would have backed out of in England for sure. Baz and his team has defiantly given me more confidence to try to push myself into harder riding. Thanks for your experience and knowledge and the banter we had with our time with you in Spain....
Read moreBeen twice now, one with a mixed group and one where we took all places. The setup is perfect, the focus is on riding as the trails in the area are a good blend of fast or technical, the bikes are well maintained and well protected. Hardly any road work as there’s no need to. Back to the bikes, I was really surprised how good the Beta’s are, just as good as KTM/Husky but upgraded with protection as you are going to come off and/or bash some rocks during some of the more technical routes. One of the lads came off in a major way and completely destroyed the backend of the bike, all of the subframe parts, plastics and even the airbox were trashed, we were expecting a huge bill so we decided to share the cost, but it was about half what we expected. It’s a good walk to town, or a taxi ride, but we only did that once on each trip (last night) as they have a decent social area and an honesty bar. If you’ve been to other companies in spain you’ll not be disappointed and if you’ve never done a tour before, just book it,...
