Falta de profesionalidad, deja mucho que desear, hemos recibido un trato pésimo y nos han enviado a otro cap,la recepcionista sra, isabel Gomez a la que hemos puesto una reclamación se cree que vamos al cap por gusto en nuestras vacaciones, a verla a ella,es borde y mal educada y encima tienes que saber cuando vas,que ese cap no te toca que no es de tu zona x hotel y no te atienden te envían a otro, enfermo cómo estás mi sobrina con otitis aguda y yo con bronquitis, pitos y dificultad para respirar segunda vez que hacia la consulta me envía a recorrer los caps de la zona, una vergüenza pk en ese cap me atendieron al ser fin de semana y ya entre semana no era mi zona y no me atendían. En fin suerte,que en el cap de Cala bou han sido muy amables, me han tenido que pinchar cortisona y hacer un cambio con el antibiótico, imagínate si iba por gusto.
