The first self-organized backwoods trail trekking(2013 Oct) of ours. The trek started behind Adisham Bungalow which is about 3kms far from Haputale town. It was quite walking along the footpath with on the right-hand side a sharp drop and far below railway while the left-hand side was the forest. We cloud to reach the end of the trail at Idalgashinna side within an hour, then we followed the railway to reach the Idalgashinna railway station, and there was a tunnel we had to pass through during the railway walk. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the next train was delayed and we had to go to Idalgashinna village and catch a Tuk. After 6kms on a messy road in a Tuk, we could reach Boralanda - Haputale Bus route.
