It's a great water adventure park! We needed 2 days for the whole experience. We took 2 different dates but both on weekends so you can expect it was a bit crowded but mostly in the jamago area (children and slides area). We took the VIP ticket that's the Cabana extra area for 250 PLN. So it was pretty quiet and relaxed. There are 2 entry for normal and skip the line for VIP/Unlimited Regular guests. As VIP you will get towels a vip area and a bottle of prosecco of martini dry. Everyone will get a bracelet where he can pay drinks and food. You will pay later in the check out. Its a bit tricky to find the VIP area but it's located upstairs next to the SpA area. You can order in the VIP area drinks and food and they will deliver at your place, normal customer must go to the loudly overcrowded cantina. The food is the same we had vegetarian food and it was really good the best so far I witnessed in a waterpark. The drinks ate average and a bit pricey like 36 PLN per Cocktail but don't expect too much from it. The special bonus is you can order them in the water pool bar in the relax area 16+ they have a nice hawaii beach vibe and can sit or lay at a water massage bed and sip on your drink. The cocktailsglass is made of plastic. They have a lot of attractions. Relax baths: 3 x Salt, sulfur, and a lot of more mineral baths for every type. They have 3 outdoor areas 1 for children a water playground and 1 connected to the jamago area with whirlpool stream and 1 connected the relax area with another pool cocktail bar and lot of spa facilities. The Sauna is great but be mindful there are guards and you can only enter naked with a wrapped towel. Saunas: Egyptian, Swedish (Valhalla 95°C), Korean (flower aromatic), French Mount Blanc (-10 °C), Turkish Steam bath 45°C, Finish and many more they have a hourly program with staff , music and special flavours you can see that program at the sauna board with the area to go. The SpA we didn't use but there is a special discount for VIP guests for SpA treatments. The Jamago with around 15+ slides and the lazy river was fantastic but exhausting. The Lazy river is a 150 to 200 meter water river round with a swimming ring (you will sit on it) and cave attractions of skeletons and bats figures and a lot of water splashing from about the cave if you passing points. The slides are very exciting in the 5th floor but you need in good condition for the waiting cues up to 25 minutes and there is very low oxygen a few girls had last week to sit down and where nearly fainting. This must be improved but Suntago to install a oxygen power supply in the 5th floor because of the steam and heat a lot of people have problems to wait in cue with many people and low oxygen. We tried a couple of slides but during weekend it's just too long waiting I recommend come on a week day. My personal recommendation tiger's race (2 people), green mamba (2 people) Jungle eclipse 1/2 people minimum 60 kg for 1 and for 2 max kg is 180kg. Overall its a very good place to spend time. It's a bit remote from Warszawa like 45 minutes drive but with a bus ticket you can order in the online shop too it's no problem.

🔴 BE AWARE: GREAT structure, everything new and some RUDE staff Wow! This place is really cool! Water temperature is good, in and out of the glass dome. 50% average staff speaks English and all menus are in English too. Also, you can find several options to eat inside. The Asian place isn’t that good, the Italian is SO MUCH BETTER! So many options and nice staff too. FOOD In the Asian restaurant, a small plate with rice and “beef” teriyaki (with NO beef) was 40zl! It’s quite expensive to what the plate actually is. Beside that, the lady serving the food wasn’t happy for being there. In the Italian restaurant seems like they care about the food with love and respect. The pizza is SO DELICIOUS! And I believe that the prices were better compared to what you’re getting. TRANSPORTATION You have the option to buy a bus ticket from Warsaw, abs other cities I believe, it’s about 25zl both ways per person. It’s 1h from Warsaw. The only thing to complain is the bus driver, VERY RUDE! They don’t speak English at all and treat you like they’re doing a favour to you. ENVIRONMENT We didn’t buy a pass for the relaxation area, we just stay in the main one and we didn’t stop for a second. Lots of water tubes, so fun! Lots of stairs but it’s OK. You can go to the tuber as much as you want. We went to a Saturday and it was just fine, in the lockers, which you have access to without extra cost, and all other areas. The only bad experience was the tube drivers, but inside the place it’s quite good. It was fun, I’d come back. Have a good time!

My friend told me about this place and she insisted we went for day to enjoy little escape. This place from moment of arrival to the moment we left was absolutely remarkably breathtaking beautiful, the atmosphere the variety of pools, spa’s, slides and relaxation areas are phenomenally marvelous. We have taken a full day all area access, starting with hot tubs which is surrounded by palm trees making you feel as if you’re in Mexico, lounge chairs for sleep in chill out to outdoor pool with outstanding view when sunset hits eventually, the waves pool also the ADAM AND EVE saunas/ full relaxation rooms with so many too choose from, and of course the Adam and Eve water fall, followed by health pool like Dead Sea, sulfate, calcium, potassium and some other ones ... so many to choose from, we did also went on the huge slides but sadly she didn’t want to go on some of them and there is weight limit both ways I sadly was too light on my own to be able to enjoy most of them other then 3 due to it being 60 kg minimum, there are also three fine diners, Italian, American and of course polish. Food was actually pretty good. I do highly recommend this place but not for less then a full day stay so that you can enjoy it all while relaxing and giving yourself a little escape break. I’m totally coming back here again!!!!!!

Extremely Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience at the Water Par I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your water park, which was marred by an unfortunate incident and the subsequent unprofessional behavior of your staff. During my visit, my slippers were stolen. When I informed the staff member stationed outside the slide, I was told that there were no CCTV cameras in the park. However, it was evident from the layout that there are indeed surveillance cameras present. Seeking further assistance, I approached the front desk. To my dismay, the front desk staff not only failed to provide any help or advice but also mocked my situation. They laughed at me and made derogatory remarks in Polish to their colleagues right in front of me. This experience made me feel deeply disrespected and discriminated against. I felt utterly humiliated and unsupported by your staff. This level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity is unacceptable for any customer service-oriented establishment. I will not be returning to your water park and cannot recommend it to others. No visitor should have to endure such treatment. I urge management to address these issues promptly to prevent future occurrences.

This is the same ownership at Erding in Munich. Suntago is newer. It’s nice but Erding still takes the certificate for best all around. Suntago has more slides but all are squished together. Erding has a lot of slides more spread out and you have to carry your inner tubes up whereas Suntago has a nifty machine to carry them up. Less pools in Suntago in the general section but the wave pool is bigger and better than Erding. The adult only section for Suntago was excellent. The no textile for adults sauna was great but not anywhere nearly as big as Erding. Erding takes the certificate for best saunas in the world, the place is huge and we have been going to Erding yearly for the past 10 years- flying all the way from the US for a long weekend at Erding. We wouldn’t fly to Suntago for a weekend but it was nice to try. Suntago Saunas were clean and we enjoyed the small cool pools to use in between the saunas. As for food- not great. Typical fried food, feed the masses. There is an Asian place but it’s not good, pots were always empty and not much left- I went twice to get food and both times fell short as an adult. Kids were super happy with friend foods, pizza and candies.

We recently visited Suntago Water Park and had a good time! The park was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. There were plenty of fun rides for kids, ensuring that they had an exciting day filled with laughter and adventure. One aspect that stood out was the ample parking available, making it easy to get in and out of the park. I also loved the innovative payment system. Instead of fumbling with phones, watches, or credit cards, we were able to use wristbands to pay for everything and settle up at the exit. This streamlined process was a refreshing change. However, there were a few downsides to note. While the park is great for families with children, there weren't many exciting rides for adults. Additionally, there is long queues for most rides, which can test your patience, especially on a busy day. The food options were also quite average and relatively pricey considering the quality! Despite these minor drawbacks, Suntago Water Park provided a fun-filled family day out. If you're looking for a place where kids can splash around and enjoy themselves, this water park is definitely worth a visit!
