Domarudden is a nature reserve located 7 km from Åkersberga. Here you will find bathing spots from both sand and rocks. There are large outdoor areas for games and play, shelters for camp-fires, a wood fired sauna, a restaurant and a kiosk, conference and party venue, cabins for rent, lighted trails, fishing and beautiful nature surroundings.

Sehr abwechslungsreiches Gebiet zum Wandern. Die Wege führen durch verschiedene Sümpfe und auf der Hälfte des Weges trifft er auf den See. Die Beschilderung ist sehr gering. Die Wanderwege werden selten genutzt und sind teilweise schwer zu finden und ich bin vermutlich nicht immer auf dem Wanderweg gelaufen. Auf Höhe der Sümpfe ist der Weg schlecht zu sehen.

It's a nice place to just relax and sunbathe. And certanly the beach and water quality is questionable it is still a pleasant place to visit. Yes I do know it's a lake not a ocean so won't be as clean. But they could still do some gardening to keep...
