Linafallet — Attraction in Överkalix kommun

Very nice location to see this beautiful waterfall and enjoy nature. If you pay for a fishing card you may also fish for great fish like trout, salmon, "harr" n more. Recommended to bring your own picnic if you should stay a while. There are locations for using a fireplace. There exists firewood. I also recommend walking across the cable bridge a couple of hundred meters upstream from the waterfall. Been here many times. Cooled of my feet n calves just a bit below the waterfall. While being here a fisherman had a big salmon hooked but...

Great trek. Beautiful waters. Hanging bridge. Loads of reindeer on our way there. Amazingly remote spot, but still it's got picnic tables and fireplaces here and there. There's even sauna, restaurant and lodges to sleep, though they were closed when we were there. Guess you need to book...

Imponerande naturupplevelse! Nog för att det var väldigt högt vattenflöde när vi var vid Linafallet pga allt regn. Men det var en mäktig upplevelse. Dånet och vattenstänken från fallet när man står på utsiktsplatsen. Finns flera grillplatser i området samt några utedass, men ved kan det vara dåligt med så ta med detta om ni planerar på att grilla. Finns även hängbro att använda om man vill ta sig över älven till andra sidan, just på andra sidan finns en väldigt trevlig grillplats. Samt att det finns en stig som leder till nedanför Linafallet, vilket ger en vacker utsikt upp mot själva fallet. Finns även stugor, en bastu och badtunna som verkar...
