In Huseby Bruk time has stood still. As you leave the parking you dive into another time. In the small shop where you get your ticket there are nicely decorated oldtime goods which make you curious and are excellent photo motives. Theres an old mil which was the energy source. In the old factrory building is an experimental exhibition mostly for kids. The romantic park has some music playing from loudspeakers which I am normally not a friend of but here it takes you in a romantic mood. Theres a fruit garden, some animals and a cafe which was overcrowded at our visit. We could take part on a guided tour inside a house of very poor workers. Read moreLike a journey back in time. This is essentially a country estate with some industry that has mostly been preserved as it was 100 to 150 years ago. I am usually into warfare related history, but this was a pleasant surprise. The place is super laid back and pleasant to have a stroll on.
