Ramnaparken — Attraction in Borås kommun

A big area with houses from the 15th century upwards. The buildings are maintaned very well and close to the historical conditions with birch bark and reet as building materials. In the garden the vegtables reach a size like i have never seen before. One of the buildings has a cafe inside with old furniture. I had the chance to see the curch and one of the buildings from inside, with detailed information from the curator, she found time to explain a few historical behaviours. The exhibition about Borås was lifely and the photographs from the 40ies very modern. All for free entry, dont miss it as there is a parking space big enough for a motorhome...

A lovely place. Beautiful. With history. Great for taking a walk. There is a rose garden (not the best in the world, but I like the effort). There are some exotic birds. A disc golf course. A big playground. And a great pic-pic option. Pretty close to the city and absolutely...

Trevlig parkområde med flygfän i inhängnat område. Ta med kameran för lite fina foton. Finns en relativt stor lekplats lämplig för barn i blandade åldrar.

Högst upp på finns en liten kiosk där man kan återhämta sig med en kaffe, glass eller kaka. Tyvärr är betalningsmöjligheterna dåliga (sommar 2016) och likaså öppettiderna.

Ibland är det teater i parken. Kan starkt rekommenderas (beroende på pjäs, smak och tycke).
