Herrfallet — Attraction in Eskilstuna kommun

Horrible place, totally ruined my holiday. The stugas/cabins are very old and it is clear the camping owner did not put in any love, money or time into them. They are not kept or maintained, they are not clean. We saw hairs on the floors and beds, everything looks dirty and old. Vacuum and water boiler are broken, no cleaning supplies present except for dish soap. There’s spiderwebs everywhere, the outside of the house is covered but also inside behind the radiators and in corners. The linnen (bedsheets and towels) we rented were old and had holes. Windows were dirty and the whole outside of the house needs a cleaning and paint job. The house is also dark from the inside, no natural light and one of the lamps was broken too.

I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. We came here through an organised trip and we do not understand why our travel agency would choose for this park. It’s horrible, nothing is kept or maintained (jeu de boule lanes completely covered in weeds, restaurant not inviting and with unsatisfactory menu, bad staff that can’t even translate the Swedish menu for you, boats are in bad condition..).

You can choose to pay 600SEK for a cleaning service for when you leave the stuga. Normally we clean the house ourself on holiday but this house is uncleanable by ourselves (also because the house is so large, we were put in a six persons stuga with 3 persons). We pay the cleaning fee in the hopes that the camping can bring a professional cleaning team or something to make sure the next guests are in...

It's a nice place for photos and such but other than that the beach and water is nice, its in the sun furing the daytime but filled with cracked mussel shells that can shred your feet if you're...

Hade tänkt stanna 3 nätter men vi åkte genast därifrån.

Kallt bemötande (inget leende eller ens ett välkommen) i receptionen och ETT BORD mellan kunden och inchecknings-disken. Hört talas om plexiglas? Eller var det för dyrt? Kändes kallt och otrevligt från första stund när man måste hänga sig över bordet för att se vad hon visar.

Sen ska man SJÄLV leta en ledig plats, alltså åka runt och irra på en trång camping där det nästan inte går att vända. När man frågar vilka som är lediga säger den unga tjejen i rec "Ni får åka och leta."

Nä, hit kommer vi aldrig...
