Badly wanted to write a good review ... But ...

First of all, the instructors and other staff are pure five-star! The facilities and the activities too ...

My kids where here to fly in their wind tunnel, and they had great fun! And so did I watching them!

Question: So what is the problem? Answer: The problem is that the company is very dishonest!

Motivation: Due to the Corona spread, I could not use the giftcard (worth 795 SEK = $92) that I got from my employer before it's time of validity ran out. I visited the company´s web-site the day before deadline, and saw that I could prolong the validity if I paid 139 SEK ($15), and I did so.

When I booked my kids flight sessions, I got a confirmation for the bookings ,and in that document it was mentioned that due to the corona virus, it was possible to prolong the validity period for gift card without any costs. When I prolonged the period for my gift card, there was no information what-so-ever about this. According to what I could see, the validity period could only be prolonged i f I payed 139 SEK.

At some other location at their web-site, there was information that it should be free, but that was not communicated at the page where I requested the prolongation. At no point during my request it was communictaed, and I could complete the request without getting any information.

This could be an honest mistake!

BUT! When I found out that the request for prolonged validation should be free (when I read the confirmation), I pointed out to Bodyflight that I had paid 139 SEK that I did not have to pay, and that they should refund the money.

They refused.

I explained further, in case they had misunderstood.

They refused.

I once more wrote a polite mail

And they refused for a third time.

To me it seems that they think that I have actively chosen to pay the money, and that it is my problem that I have changed my mind in retrospective ,,, which is obviously not true ...

I will never again book any activities with them again.

I give five stars for the activity. I recommend not to have any dealings with them fortheir dishonesty. Find something else...

Awesome instructors our 4 years old hade a blast. She was super happy and brave. It's was not that easy as you would think. It was easy instructions to follow.

Speed is about 200kph and max flight hight is about 10-12m when doing a run with instructor. Otherwise you are around 1-2 m above ground.

So what is negative you ask? It might be a bit expensive for the amount of time you have. If you enjoyed it you will probably have the chance to buy an extra minutes for about 200sek. In my mind it was well worth it. And after you will get a second chance to buy a gift card. Cheaper than dirt.

Afterwards you will get the chance to buy a media pack with clips and pictures. It was nice quality and easy to buy. It's a nice service since you are not allowed to have any camera with you Inside.

Of course they make money on it but it's worth it for me.

Will o go back? Most likely i will do this again. Great activities with friends and family.

I recommend everyone to use their health benefits allowance from work for a bodyflight course! Not only is it extremely fun, but also oh boy didn't realise this would give me such a workout pain 😆💪🏽 Alva at the reception was so helpful prior to my visit and made me feel very welcome when I arrived. My instructor Camillo was awesome, I for sure gave him a hard time as I felt like I remembered all the movements backwards 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 He was professional and pedagogical throughout the whole time! Unfortunately I live far away but I will definitely be back...
