It's the sea, what more can I say? It was freezing when I went but hopefully it'll be warmer when you visit. Beautiful scenery with far views around almost 360 degrees if you're on one of the rocks. Do beware the waves from all the boats coming in if you're swimming as Saltholmen is a large port for private and smaller boats though some faster boats can cause larger waves.

Take the boat to the southern archipelagos you won’t be disappointed ❤️ We bought a day ticket for zone 1 £9 approximately. With this ticket we were able to jump the number 11 tram to Saltholmen. From the ferry terminal we were able to take the ferry to the southern archipelagos. All included in this one day travel ticket. I highly recommend. We had a lovely day.

Saltholmen är väldigt fint ställe. Det jag gillar är att det finns båtar som tar en till olika öar som är vackra speciellt under sommaren när färgerna skiftar och det är solnedgång. Jag rekommenderar att ni tar spårvagnen ut dit på grund av brist på parkeringar. Det går också bra att parkera bilen en bit kort och ta spårvagnen ut dit. Alternativt om man vill cykla men då måste man hitta ett lämpligt ställe att ställa cykeln på och låsa den annars blir den snodd.

Ferries run on time, with a timetable. You may ask the staff at the ferry terminal for the time table. The staff are very friendly and can assist you with planning your trip at the southern archipelago if you are unable to plan your way around the island using the...
