Was really impressed by how professional the staff was. The safety briefing and tutorial was very clear and well performed by our instructor Emilia, who was also very attentive and thorough.

Getting to try out the equipment at the ground-level training route really demonstrates that you can rely on the equipment, and makes the feeling of safety not just something you know, but something you feel in your body....

Pretty good overall but I really would recommend this particular facility to anyone under 10 years of age. The easiest course was way too difficult for my 8 year old. It ruined the whole day for us as he (and me because i had to look after him) couldn't do anything. He couldn't even reach the cables to hook his carabiner on to. I think the Borås facility has an easier course and I think this should be made much clearer when booking. Also, the equipment and safety briefing took up a huge chunk of the allocated time. It's not cheap so it was a very disappointing end to our summer holidays.

Just to add that the staff were great. Very friendly...

They have fun activities for families and groups, well organised. The down side of booking here in advance for groups is that they don’t cancel or return your money if someone in the group cancels so you end up paying for everyone which sucks. I wouldn’t order the food package either for groups here for the same reason if not being able to cancel which is waste of food and money. We had two people that got sick but we ended up paying for both and it is not so cheap to...
