Most populated and ski/slopes friendly hill for all ages groups as there is a fair number of "low speed" green, blue and red slopes at the end for you to maintain your balance. The slopes are decently well packed with snow and has less ice patches compared to the other ski hills around the mountain. There's also the benefit of most of their slopes being open the latest (1630 end time vs 1500 for other areas). There's a Syballa restaurant and many washroom/warm up cabins around the slopes with clean washrooms. Pets are also welcome here and a quite common site.

Staff is friendly and really helpful. Only thing that really bothered me was the lack of mountain etiquette. People stand in the middle of the run in HUGE groups and just look around and chat. Also when exiting the lifts people just stand there and make it really dangerous for other people. As a snowboarder it was hard to navigate between the skiers just standing there. Otherwise had a great experience, but would not visit more than once

Very friendly shop personell and fair rent prices for ski and snowboard equipment. What a stunning and wonderful place on earth! To me, as a regular german city slicker who rarely gets the chance of having a little bit of snow in the winter, coming here and seeing the swedish nature in white was a pure dream!

Sadly, we were misguided as to when the slopes were open. We booked a cabin with the promise that the ski slope next to us was available from the date of the arrival. However, when we arrived the slopes were closed and would open 10 days later! This felt very unfair since we lost a day of skiing and had to drive 30 minuets further to ski the next slopes. Then came the cleaning. We cleaned the house throughout. But due to some dust and minor stains we were charged a full price. This didn't feel professional and I felt lied to. 😔 The accommodation itself was lovely but...

Undvik!
