Parking: plenty of parking spaces are available on site without any charges.
Tickets: visit the official website for tickets, it can be purchased on site as well . No cash only a digital payment or card is accepted.
Utilities: toilets are clean and tidy
Sitting area : few tables are available to sit and enjoy the fika , coffee, drinks and refreshments can be bought and paid through swish.
Activities: many children's activities are available such as drawing and VR set along with a chance to run your train :)
GIFT : you can buy miniature kingdom merchandise as well. However, I strongly suggest selling miniature characters / models as souvenirs .

Rather than being told 'please don't get so close to the model', I was asked if my phone was lacking a zoom function and was then lectured on how my kids would be encouraged to get too close by seeing me get so close. This irritated me so much that it put a total downer on the experience. When I told my husband about it he said he was also told to not let our kids press the buttons too much. We were constantly reminding our kids to not get to close, have respect, not touch etc, but if buttons are there to be pressed then kids will press them.
