For all that are wondering: the round-trip is 5 kilometers long. If you drive at around walking speed, it takes you roughly an hour. We took longer, as we were stopping at some of the animal food stations to look at animals.

It was super easy to spot boars / wild pigs. The wisents / bisons were resting on one of the food stations. We furthermore saw some mufflon sheep and deer. No elk but that was okay fir us, as we only did one rounds through the park and had already seen elk up close in an elk farm.

Going in and out of the park was super easy and convenient. It felt little bit like Jurassic Park, when the big...

Kosta Safaripark is a lot of fun. We saw a lot of animals like bisons, deer, boar and mouflons. You also come very close to the animals because you are driving through the enclosure.

Another advantage is that you can go to the park as many times as you want during the day. Most days the park is open until 22:00 so you can also visit again in the evening.

The animal enclosure is very big so the animals are not trapped in small cages like in most zoos.

Another advantage is that if your dog does not bark at animals you can take him with you in the car.

The park is quite expensive but...

Well the concept is interesting. It is a drive-through, which allows for travelers with mobility-issues to observe animals in their natural habitat. However, you pay per person, regardless of the fact that you cannot exit the vehicle once in the park, which makes price simply too high for what you actually get to enjoy. Wild boars, deer, mouflon sheep. We saw no moose.

Good for people with mobility issues, as you do not exit the vehicle. Otherwise, not recommending *there are other choices nearby, far...

Started with kinda complications because the park obviously was closed. The operator was nice enough to open the gates so we were the only visitors! We could see all the animals in their „natural“ habitat! Although it was rainy the animals showed up and we could see the wildhogs play and eat. Even the Wisent came to eat. The only negative we couldn’t see any moose. We were expecting no animals at all but nearly all of them showed up. All in all a fantastic experience.
