I am sure that the zoo was a great place to visit before coronavirus times, unfortunately our experience wasn't that great. Firstly, the aquarium was empty. Secondly the visitors were expected to wash their hands before and after petting the animals, however surprise, surpise, there was no water (?). And the reindeers.... The poor, unhappy reindeers dying of the heat. That was just painful to watch. I give a plus for the bunnies. They had a big area to run, seemed happy and social (especially one of them). Also the goats were surprisingly calm when kids ran towards their little ones.

As for now, the place isn't worth it's price...

Though it has lots of potential and taking in to account the Corona virus problems involved, I still can give this park only two stars. First, the aquarium was empty. Next, the beaver den was completely dark,so there was no chance of seeing the beaver without a flashlight that most certainly irritated the poor thing. The petting zoo had no water for the wash area where visitors were expected to wash their hands before and after. Worst of all was thatthe poor reindeer looked incredibly miserable. They looked like they were dying...

Nice to experience. We went there Saturday during the winter and they are only open with reservation. I was able to book with them in their FB account. When we were there, the zoo is empty of people and saw that there are only 2 groups booked for that day. It was a very exclusive experience since virtually it was just us on the zoo so we were able to enjoy the place. And it's very interesting to see animals during the winter.

A wonderful zoo experience with family and kids. The park has plenty of animal and fun activities to keep everyone entertained for an entire day. There are bathrooms , small places to grab something to eat all over the place. If you visit for the first time, take the guided tour, you will experiance the entire park. Sweden is expensive and yet the prices here are decent. I will definitely come back here with my family.

Aquarium had no water in the tanks, so nothing to see. Then, when you go to the turnedpark, it's like one of those abandoned parks you sometimes see in YouTube videos. As for the zoo aspect, I've seen more wildlife driving through Northern Sweden. Then the food. Don't get me started. It wasn't great. And all this during school holidays. Will I go back? Only for compensation.
