I recently visited the Vasbo Museum in Mariestad, and it was a fantastic experience! One of the most delightful surprises was that the entrance was completely free, making it an accessible and budget-friendly outing for everyone.

The museum itself is beautifully curated, divided in two different buildings. offering a rich tapestry of local history and culture. The exhibits are both informative and engaging, providing a deep dive into the region's past. The staff was friendly.

The museum's layout is also very visitor-friendly, making it easy to navigate through the different sections with the exception of one floor not wheelchair friendly.

Museum with focus on local industry development, production etc. was very interesting for both adults as well as youngsters. Beautiful surroundings, the buildings, the garden flowers and of course lucky us having nice weather too made the stay in Mariestad a nice memory! Finishing the museum visit with consumption of tasty local ice-cream was a great end...
