Must tasting (Must Provning) This program looks fancy but nothing special I found here.
Entry fee 100Sek and you get 5 must to try for. 20ml eatch. I felt it's pretty lame.
You stand in garden and one of the employee will tell you what is this made up of and meanwhile you taste the must. Approximately 20-25mins sad part: They won't give you any pallet cleanser to reset your taste buds. Hence after 3rd must you feel rest if then tastes the same :/ .

A worthy stop when in Österlen. There is a cafe, a shop and a viewing factory where they display some of the machinery and juice making process, fun to see for kids.
The cafe was somewhat pricier than normal. For example, a piece of apple pie was 59kr. Lunch menu, was decently priced and looked appealing -149kt for a grownup and half a portion and 1/2 price for kids. The shop, on the other hand, is cheaper than what you would pay in a store. There were many people on a Friday afternoon, but I wouldn’t say crowded.

Herzlicher Genuss und pure Entspannung bei Kiviks Musteri
Ein Besuch beim Kiviks Musteri ist ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis: Hinter dem Gebäude laden die Hängematten zwischen den zahlreichen Apfelbäumen (über 70 Sorten!) zum Entspannen und Spielen ein. Direkt am Parkplatz befinden sich zwei liebevoll gestaltete, robuste Schaukeln – einfach perfekt für Groß und Klein  .
Im Äpplets Hus (Haus des Apfels) erfährt man alles über Anbau und Verarbeitung von Apfelsaft, Cider und Marmelade – anschaulich und kindgerecht gestaltet, dazu kostenfrei . Der angeschlossene Shop bietet eine beeindruckende Auswahl an hauseigenen Produkten – perfekt für unterwegs oder als Mitbringsel.
Im Stinas Café (oder Bistro Kärnhuset) haben wir ein leckeres dagens lunch genossen und später eine herrliche Fika mit Apfelkuchen, Zimtschnecken und frisch gebackenem Gebäck serviert – mit Blick direkt in den Obstgarten .
Besonders beeindruckend: die Vielfalt der Apfelbäume – teilweise historische Sorten – und der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Spielen und Hängematten machen den Besuch sehr abwechslungsreich .
Wir würden auch sehr gern einmal zur Apfelernte vorbeikommen – mit Traktor, frisch gepresstem Saft und der besonderen Stimmung während der Erntezeit klingt das nach einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis .
