Willys Strömstad — Attraction in Strömstads kommun

I would give ZERO star if I can... just bought some snacks otw back to Oslo. The cashier lady is terrible. Was asked to show ID when we scan my credit card. I explained I have never needed to show any ID. Its just a scan card. Paywave back in SG. And throughout in Oslo payment was same just scan and pack and go. I dodnt see her asking for ID from the customers in front. She insisted for my passport. I told her its in my car. She reluctantly instructed me to sign the receipt which I did. Then she said the charge didn't go through very sacastically. I told her to charge me again. She very rudely reply to scan again. It was approved very quick. And she actually looked shocked. I asked for the printout to prove that the previous charge was annulled but she didnt give me. She is such a shitty person. The whole day I explored the coastal villages and everybody was sweet and helpful and friendly. This Willy's cashier made Sweden look real bad. If I find that im charged 2Xs willy's you...

The new Willy's store is ok. However one huge negative is some of the sales prices only applies if you are a member (seriously I need to be a member in the supermarket now the get the best price?) So be careful if you are not a member. Also there are too few cash registers so be prepared to cue up if you go there in "prime time". There is also a limited selection in the meat department. Jag hade beställt online och det visade sig att de inte har en parkering reserverad för oss som skall hämta. Det finns några 15 min parkeringar på utsidan men dessa var upptagna trots att jag stod och väntade. Tror alla stod mer än 15 min. Jag fick köra ner i p-huset, hämta en kundvagn och köra upp, hämta maten och köra ner igen. Allt detta förtog fördelen med att handla online då det var en hel del bilar i p-huset. Jag handlar nästan alltid online och på olika Willys, alla har minst en plats reserverad för hämtning så det blir smidigt. Enligt personalen i förbutiken skulle jag gå upp och ner på in/utfarten till p-huset. Känns inte som om man skall göra det då det är skymd sikt och ingen plats...
