Håga mound — Attraction in Uppsala kommun

Lovely spot with good views over Håga valley, and as always in Uppsala, you can see the cathedral too from here. The mound is an old burial site from the iron ages, which is pretty cool. It is accessible by several paths trailing through the valley, and a car park is within 200 meters from rhe mound itself. Cattle graze in the pasture surrounding the site, so be aware of that during summer. A nice place...

A perfect and peaceful natural place to relax and connect with nature. You can find something to do there both in winter and summer. As a student living in Flogsta I enjoy to take a rest here.

Btw there is a nearby farm with sheeps and horses ( what I could see) there might be more lovely animals there.

Well it is a hill. Seriously thats all. We got a good laugh from the information signes which state that the hill was dug out (how you actually dig out a hill made of mud is beyond me).
