Museum of Medical History — Attraction in Uppsala kommun

This museum is on the grounds of a formal psychiatric facility. It does pay tribute the plight of former residents, as well as staff.

Interesting museum, located on what was the psychiatric hospital in Ulleråker, Uppsala. Extensive collection of healthcare tools. Sadly the psychiatric exhibit was being renovated at the time of my visit (March 2023) so I cannot say anything about that.

For non-Swedish speakers, please note that they haven't provided English translation for most of their exhibits, so you would have to rely on translator app, which is inconvenient.
