If you book tickets in advance, you must be aware that if you fall ill 72 hours before the start of the tour, you will lose all your money. We had a serious accident on the morning of our appointment and had to be hospitalized. Despite photos and a certificate of hospitalization, we were not even reimbursed for part of it. We lost over 400€ (4,700 SEK) for 2 tickets because we booked the day before and the operators showed no understanding. We had such an amazing time! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful through the whole experience showing us around beforehand, answering questions we had, and even invited us to cookout along with them after. Really amazing crew! 👏 The views were incredible in both the towers and from the ziplines. I've been ziplining elsewhere before, but the height, speed, and scenic views from these lines were top notch! Not to mention they had double lines so my partner and I could "race" against each other which made for a fun extra mini game during our adventure. Thank you for an awesome...

Tip to fellow zippers: Could be chilly, bring warm clothes. Also bring ear protection, as when going 70 km/h generates quite the noise.
