Runkesten — Attraction in Vimmerby kommun

It is pretty hard to find the rock and the paths are confusing. Google Maps doesn't work that well, it doesn't show the exact path to the Runkesten. Google Maps can't find the GPS signals easily so I wouldn't recommend using it. Some people said before that you should follow the orange trails but that is not completely true. Once you see a sign (look at the picture) you should turn to the direction of the Fornminne sign because that is where the rock will be. Impressing piece of rock from the iceage close to Filmbyn Småland from Mariannelund towards Rumskulla. Well worth a visit only a nice walk a couple of hundred metres from the road. Echt schön und relativ einfach zu erreichen. Sehr idyllisch im Wald gelegen und die felsige Landschaft sieht toll aus. Einfach aus Richtung Mariannelund auf der linken Straßenseite an dem Stromhäuschen parken und dann über die Straße in den Wald. Dem Orange markierten Trampelpfad ein paar Minuten folgen, bis dieser an eine Gabelung kommt. An der Gabelung sieht man auf dem linken Pfad dann schon aus der Ferne die ersten Felsen auf dem Boden und ist nach wenigen Minuten am Ziel.
