Great experience for me and my kids. Got to sit om the roof of a wagon, pulled by a tractor through the large enclosure. They had 4 'rides' per day. Reserve tickets ahead of time. We got to Handfeed the many moose from the roof with potato slices. Got very very close to them. The moose were certainly 'tamed' and not 'wild' but as wild animals in captivity goes I got the impression they were well cared for, had good and suitable living conditions, and the handlers had a genuine respect and love for the big animals. The handlers gave us good information about the animals in English, easy to understand instructions. While we were many on the ride, the handlers were great at making sure we all got a chance to 'meet' the moose close up. Afterwards we used one of the open campfires and tents to grill sausages, they provided the ketchup from dispensers. A good souvenir shop was available. Toilet and restroom conditions were the only thing lacking, with only chemical toilets available (I imagine due to the huge investment it would be at the farm to establish - so I'd rather they focus on the animal care anyway). I suspect it isnt very handicap suitable if in wheelchair, although I did not...

Read moreThose who bought the tickets online go through the entrance first. We chose to sit in the roof of the safari vehicle, the train moves very slowly so sitting on the roof wasn't scary. Once we arrived at the feeding zone, the attendants gave us potatoes to feed the animals, where we touched their soft horns and nose. After at least 20 mins in the enclosure, we drove out and the moses went to rest in the shadows. Afterwards, we got our sausages, barbecued them and made a sandwich. We walked on the bunny trail, bought souvenirs and left. The price is too high for what I experienced and expected. I would have loved to have more information about the history and the mission...
