Betlis Chapel is a chapel in the village of Amden, canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The original chapel stood on the site, below Strahlegg Castle and between Seerenbach Falls and the Walensee, in the 14th century. Damaged by water, that chapel was demolished in 1773.

Beautiful chapel on top of a small hill , sad it's not open to enter a take a look ,it makes a beautiful photo with the mountains and lake in the back ,nearby you can also find a old ruin and it's on the way to the local waterfall,access is easy by foot ,there is a way from the road around the lake but it could be hard for people in...

Beautifull place! Very quiet and relaxinig Hint: Small "trail-shop" just around the corner in direction waterfall with amazing goods all natural organic eco friendly home made...

Klasse Wanderung von Weesen nach Quinten und dann mit dem Schiff zurück. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, aber Achtung vor den Zecken da hat es einige. Das Auto kann man in der Nähe von der Schiffsanlegestelle Beltis abstellen und von da aus los wandern. Die Wanderung bis Quinten geht ca. 2 Std.(ca 400 Höhenmeter) und dann kann man mit dem Schiff bis Beltis zurück fahren. Achtung am Samstag fährt das Schiff von Quinten noch Beltis nur bis 16:20 und am Sonntag bis 18:00 zurück...
