Sehr interessant! Nach dem sehr freundlichen Willkommensgruss zeigte uns Rosmarie Zimmermann die Geschichte und das Konzept des Weltackers auf. Vom Bodenaufbau über den Bedarf für eine fleischhaltige oder fleischlose Mahlzeit, Wasserbedarf, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Zusammenspiel verschiedener Pflanzen etc. wurden die Zusammenhänge perfekt aufgezeigt. Der Weltacker kann jederzeit besichtigt werden, viele Schautafeln und Installationen erklären die wichtigen Grundlagen der Welternährung (Fokus Ackerbau). Eine Führung ist aber sehr...
