Atelier Segantini — Attraction in Bregaglia

Worth a visit if you are interested in Segantini’s art. However, note that 1) the atelier is very small, only contains a few paintings and all of them are by Gottardo Segantini, not Giovanni; 2) the entrance fee (10 CHF) is quite steep for what it is; 3) All the info is in either German or Italian; no English/French; 4) the opening hours are limited to 3 days a week (Wed, Sat, Sun) between 4pm and 6pm. As only a few people are allowed in at the same time due to Covid-19, you might not get in at all if you do not get there early. Enttäuschend und den Preis nicht wert Das Atelier Segantini in Maloja war für mich eine herbe Enttäuschung. Der Eintritt von 10 Franken (pro Person, ohne Ticket) fühlte sich wie ein Abriss an – vor allem, da es kaum etwas zu sehen gibt, was man nicht auch problemlos im Internet findet. Anstelle von spannenden Einblicken oder Originalen wurden lediglich ein paar Kopien bekannter Werke präsentiert. Gerne hätte ich mehr über Segantini erfahren, aber dazu kam es nicht. Noch dazu wurden wir gleich beim Eintreten zweimal zur Kasse gebeten, bevor überhaupt ein anständiges “Guten Tag” möglich war. Für mich war es leider ein völlig überteuertes und enttäuschendes Erlebnis, das ich nicht...
