We had a nice walk through this area and followed all the paths. Unfortunately we couldn’t see much at some of the lookout points because the reed was very tall.

La grande Caricaie. C'est peut-être la seule réserve naturelle située au bord d'un lac en Suisse. Au bord des autres lacs, toutes les surfaces ont été privatisées par des millionnaires. Là, la nature reste belle. C'est une réserve, donc laissons les animaux tranquille. Il n'y a pas de passage. Un magnifique endroit.

Jolie balades. Parking 🅿️ avec place vélo. Aire de restauration. WC gratuit. Vestiaire sans surveillance. Jolie balade didactique, bien entretenue. Les employés sont très gentils ! Observatoire à gauche payant à 8.- l’entrée, payement par TWINT devant l’entrée. Tour d’observation à droite gratuit sur trois étages.

Depuis le parc du restaurant de la "plage", possible de faire une grande promenade autour des arbres près de l'eau. Petite plage près des roseaux (caillous). Puis un peu plus loin un très joli lieu pour voir de la hauteur la réserve de la Grande Cariçaie par Yverdon. Belle vue sur les roseaux, les villages alentours. Attention par temps humide bois des marchés un peu glissantes à mon goût. Revenir par le chemin plus ou moins droit jusqu'au places de parc. Malheureusement payant partout. Horodateurs pas forcément enclins à prendre la monnaie. Possible de s'arrêter sous les arbres. Possible de prolonger la promenade en passant...

Réserve naturelle absolument magnifique ! Facile d'accès à pieds depuis Yverdon-les-Bains (20 minutes depuis le centre ville), en vélo et en voiture, parking gratuit disponible.
