Terrific master brewer; despite being born thousands of kilometres north, it seem like you're speaking with a local. We scheduled a tour of the brewery, and not only were the beers delicious, but the entire experience was fantastic. Through their various brews, Basti and Pascal took us on a tasting journey in a setting that was both engaging and focused on beer. They are, to put it simply, among the greatest.
