Beautiful piece of early 20th century railway infrastructure with impressive and ingenious construction. In the summertime, there are free guided tours in German starting Thursdays 2:15pm at the Wiesen station led by a charming retired RHB engineer that are absolutely worth attending for individuals and families; groups should register in advance with the IZGL. Definitely worth attending! Afterwards, a refreshment at the lovely cafe at the Wiesen station is just the right choice for a day well spent. They also sell booklets about the line's construction full of historic photographs and various engineering diagrams there. The bridge itself is literally 3-5 mins of easy hike along the railway (you have to cross the railway first) The bridge is the highest on the route of the Rättischen Bahn.
