Hardwaldturm — Attraction in Dietlikon

This tower is pretty neat. You can't see it until you're right up on it but once you're at the top the view is wonderful. Additionally, if stairs are difficult for you, there are landings with benches at regular spacing so you can sit and look out on your way up or down.

At the top there are the usual skyline maps telling which mountain is where and what you're looking at. I've been here a few times already and will be returning again...

I liked the place. Entrance is free. Tower is made from wood. Looks new. Around the tower is possible to hike and drive eith bycicle. I walked there by foot, approximately 30min walk from car parking through the forest. Height of the tower is 41,5m. View was amazing. There where flying a lot of planes, it was not far from...

Awesome view over the Alps from the top which culminates at more 40 meters above the ground level. The tower enterly made of wood is amazing and its architecture is integrates nicely in its surroundings. There is a grill place and a fountain next to the tower to enjoy a well deserved rest after climbing...
