Read moreThe lake is beautiful and the water is perfect and clear. The ground of the lake is very soft, and has a muddy texture where you sink in a little bit when you touch the ground. We found it nice that dogs are allowed in the whole lake area including on the big lawn. The only area not allowed for dogs is inside the water right next to the kiosk and on the little pier. The lake was quite crowded when we got there at around 1pm, and it was difficulty to find a space in the shade. Highly recommend bringing an umbrella and sunscreen.
