My option together with my son was to get off the train at Linthal and walk to the waterfall. This took us about an hour and the ascent was 300M. Walking back to Linthal took only 30 minutes.

A very impressive waterfall that is just a short walk from the carpark. The water of the waterfall is so luminous blue and it is such an amazing experience to walk behind a waterfall. There is a warning sign to enter the section behind the waterfall but everyone went anyway. It’s slippery at some parts but largely, just be extra careful and wear good shoes with grips!
