Wonderful place to visit! Recommended for families with children as you can search amonits on your own using a hammer and other tools, which are being orovided by a very very freandly staff! At the same place you fibd a Café, exhibition of locsl amonits, a little funny ride wirmth an old train to the entrance of the "Bergwerk Tunnel" ! Everything clean, very friendly! Thank you fir your work🥰

A local club that takes care (with no or at best very limited state funding) of local history ... The small track train and the "klopfplatz" to find ammonites yourself are every single time a blast to the kids.... And papa

Eindrücklich! Was für ein Handwerk und welche Knochenarbeit untertage, im Herzen unseres Kantons. Sehr eindrücklich gezeigt, durch das Museum und die Exponate im Stollen. Den Hobby-Archäologen unter uns schlägt das Herz höher durch den freigelegten Boden des Urozeans mit dem eindrücklichen Friedhof, wo unzählige Ammoniten zu entdecken sind. Eine kurzweilige Fahrt mit der Grubenbahn und ein kleiner Einblick in die Geschichte des Bergwerks runden das Erlebnis ab. Eine coole Sache für Kind und Kegel.
