Never again! I'm a tourist from Canada and it was my 1st ride with Deinkick Solar Bob in Langenbruck. As a first time rider I was rather paying attention to the speed and sharp turns of the track which resulted in slower than regular speed for my bob. Not during the initial instruction, nor anywhere in the signs posted is the ANY reference to the fact that a person should not go slow. Inexperienced riders like myself should be allowed to go at a slower speed. At the finish of the track the furious and very angry old employee ran towards me yelling and screaming at me! I do not speak German or Swiss German but I understood some English words he was cursing me with like: Look what you have done! Get off the track! They all are disappointed because of you! Thank you thank you very much! etc..It took me some time to understand what's going on and that I made a mistake of not running fast enough while he was ordering me to get off the track. Yelling at me in front of everybody and putting me down in front of a big line of people. Such an incident never happened to me before! and I was never in the situation like this before in my entire life not in the single country I was travelling in before.. and I travel a lot! Very disappointed and frustrated with such horrible experience in Switzerland! Such employees reflect extremely bad on a company like Deinkick who needs customers. Proper behaviour and training of employees should be a focus. People check attractions out online and reviews matter, especially negative ones can...

The gentleman who runs it was so good to us; my son (12yrs) is autistic and has anxiety about these types of activities, despite really enjoying them. My son had a meltdown as he was literally about to get on, and the gentleman held the activity open slightly longer for us, ensuring that there was no one else on it, and generally just giving us time. I managed to persuade my son onto the ride and he thoroughly enjoyed it. A...
Read moreI was at Solarbob on 25/05/22. I really enjoyed this ride even having had an accident, which was my own fault for going too fast. What was very poor was the male staff member shouting at me that it was my own fault, when I was trying to indicate that the cart I was on had broken and he shouldn't put it forward for someone else to sit on. In pain and in shock, I gave up, as he let a child onto the broken car. As I say, I take the blame for my own accident and have crushed ribs, friction burns and severe bruising on one arm. But a child was allowed onto the broken cart. Oh and there was no...
