Wauw! An absolute unbelievable view of something that's so enormous, but seem so small from a distance. I can stand for hours just trying to comprehend the view and the size of this Gletscher! Also, there are the cutest flowers around. The smell is very distinct. I have never met this kind of smell anywhere else, but here. Have been here twice now. There are a lot of different activities you can do too and really nice walking paths around. This is a very special place to visit.

Very accessible and incredible viewpoint of Europe’s largest (and perhaps most spectacular) glacier. Take the chairlift from Morel up to 2000 meters. There are multiple options from there to go higher up the glacier or head back down along the glacial valley and take a different chairlift back up your starting point. Incredibly, this is not a major tourist attraction and many places have limited (or no) English.

Moosfluh gondola station is the best view point to watch the 2nd longest glacier in the world, Jungfrau-Aletsch Glacier in the world. The glacier originates from Mt. Jungfrau and lasts for more than 20 kilometers. When you go down the mountain, it may be a lunch time. There is a small restaurant called Williser Spycher along the road to cable car station. His white wine is pure and smooth. Try it.

What a mind blowing place. Just looking at it gives you peace of mind, it plunges you into an instant meditative mode. Finally, it seems Switzerland has a sea after all. A sea of ice. Enjoy this world heritage site (UNESCO). And walk down toward Bettmeralp afterward, toward the lake. You'll be in for a wonderful treat : at the bottom, by the lake, you'll have a drink. Ravishing. Walk down to Blauesee and then make a left turn to Bettmeralp. If you happen to stay in Riederalp, you'll be able to hop on an electric bus. Or walk a bit more....

Unique and espectacular scenery in this beautiful glazier View. I recommend to plan the scenery walk to enjoy to the fullest. I have done it Just a few days ago in Winter and the past Fall. Both season gives you amazing colors and views. If you like skiing is also a Great area for the family. People in hotels are fantastic.Transportation is excellent like a Swiss clock. Check for prices and hotels...
