This is a very beautiful location with amazing views of the lakes and alps. You take the Stoosbahn up to Stoos, then walk a short way to Klingenstockbahn, take the cablecar from there up to Klingenstock. This is where the roughly 2-3hr ridge trail begins over to Fronalpstock where there is a nice restaurant for refreshments. The views are stunning of course the entire way. If you can, avoid the weekend to skip the thousands of people! From Fronalpstock, you take the cablecars down to Mettlen, then Stoos, then a short walk am back to the Stoosbahn. Overall I recommend if visiting Switzerland, but if you are into hiking, there are many more less...

Be prepared to hike up and down which is 2-3...
