Visiting this region from the US and staying in wengen with my spouse but we were willing to make the 3 hour journey for this tour. Was told they don’t accept reservations for less than 6 people (I never travel overseas with this many people). I then asked if we can join another group, only to get ignored. Poor customer service and minimum private group size of 6 is not something that is possible for many. Very...

Sicher eine tolle Sache, aber nicht so toll wenn man erst oben erfährt, dass man alles (Käse, Geschirr etc.) nur unten im Ort erhält... wortwörtlich...
