Always wonderful to come back here : Winter or Summer! For me it's the nearest place from where to best view the Fee Glacier. Additionally there's a very good restaurant/bar aswell (the furthest of the two)! Picts taken 18.04.23

Very nice easy hike even for those like us, overweight and untrained. We reached the small lake and enjoyed the peace and fresh air. I have seen an uncautious guy swim in the freezing water, please don't do that.

Guter Glühwein und freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant liegt auf einer Höhe von 2870 m ü. M. neben dem sehr eindrucksvollen Feegletscher mit Aussicht nach Saas Fee sowie auf den Dom, höchster Berg der Schweiz der ganz auf Nationalem Boden liegt mit seinen 4545 Metern. Im Sommer und Herbst außerdem Ausgangspunkt um zu den kleinen Gletscherseen leicht oberhalb zu kommen. Toller Kaffee, heiße Schokolade, und bisher der beste Glühwein der Umliegenden Bergrestaurants. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

In winter, it's your average ski lift station probably. In the summer however, one of the most easily accessible places to observe a glacier up close.

Vu panoramique sur la vallée avec Saas-Grün en bas et Saas-Fee à gauche.C'est un paysage à vous couper le souffle.Par chance le soleil était de la partie et il y avait une bonne vision sur le fin fond de la vallée. De ce point de vue, nous pouvons voir un magnifique panorama des différents sommets.
