Happyland — Attraction in Sierre

Happyland is a fantastic place to take your kids for a fun-filled day of activities and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are top-notch, with plenty of things to keep kids of all ages entertained. There are a variety of rides and attractions. One of the things we appreciated most about Happyland was how safe and secure it felt. The staff were very attentive and kept a close eye on the children, which gave us peace of mind as parents/ unties. Also es is ok, aber eben auch nicht mehr. In die Jahre gekommen, genauer hinschauen sollte man nicht, da bekommt man Angst das etwas auseinander fällt. Preis is auch etwas unfair! Alle zahlen den gleichen Preis von glaub 25 CHF. Heißt, der 3 jährige der vl. am Spielplatz spielt und mit 3 Bahnen fahren kann zahlt genauso wie der 60 jährige Opa der nur als Begl. mitgeht. Im Essbereich sieht es auch aus wie im Saustall, liegt aber wohl mehr am Klientel das einfach keinen Anstand mehr hat und den ganzen Abfall vom Winde weg wehen lässt und nicht fähig ist die Tablets abzuräumen sodass der Wind nicht die Verpackungen/ Servietten holt. Essen, naja, Fastfood das max die Note Befriedigend bekommt. Überall natürlich Eis und Süsses in Griffhöhe für Kinder, damit ja schön mit den kleinen gestritten werden kann und sie alles selbst nehmen können da es offen steht! Is auch einfach frech sowas und sollte verboten sein aus gesundheitlicher und erzieherischer Sicht! Bei den Bahnen ist leider nicht überall jmd. fix eingeteilt, sodass es virkommen kann, dass man ohne Supervisor ein-/aufsteigen muss und Leute einfach selbst herausfinden müssen wie der Einstieg und Start funktioniert (Schilder mit Beschriftungen v.a. auch auf Deutsch oder Englisch findet man kaum!) Etwas fahrlässig! Abgesehen davon, steht bei den Booten daneben ein uraltes Holzruderboot (siehe Fotos), wo Nägel mit Verletzungsgefahr rausschauen!!! Einfach wegräumen oder reparieren geht wohl nicht. Absolut fahrlässig und gefährlich für Kinder die da natürlich hingreifen weil es genau auf ihrer Höhe ist. Alles in allem kann man aber gut einen halben Tag dort verbringen und man muss nicht lange warten. Für Kinder bis ca 12 J. ansprechend, danach wird es den einem oder anderen wohl zu langweilig. Dafür ist der Preis aber ok. Personal, naja, reden leider kein Deutsch und kommunizieren das auch typisch französisch mit arrogantem, unhöflichen Ton. Bei Tourismusdestinationen in meinen Augen auch einfach ein no go, welches den einen oder anderen Gast komplett verjagt. Happy land for us was not very happy. We went there with our two small children. The park looks very run down and all the attractions are old. Some still work fine but others do not look very save. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. They charge a high entrance fee and then you till need to pay extra for a lot of the activities and attractions. We had an issue and wanted to speak with a supervisor. The owner of the establishment showed up but our complaint was not taken serious. He had a very aggressive way and completely ignored our input. We can really not recommend going there but if you do go make sure not to complain...
