Bogn Sedrun — Attraction in Tujetsch

Such a shame to lose so many points on staff unflexibility...The sauna is absolutely great. Modern, clean, Roman bath area. absolutely great, tea and water for free. The man doing ticket office and sauna duty só nice. Really outstanding for such a small village. The water is a very pleasant 30 degrees. Shame there is nothing for the children to play with but they enjoyed themselves twice for three hours on end. The water flow helps 🙂 But then....the staff. Half of them are great, the other half specialise in some special stern unflexibility. They ruined our second time massively. My daughter is nine years and ten months old, almost ten. Because I was so honest to say she was nine, I was not allowed to go into the wellness because they (14 and 9) needed to be supervised by me at all times. Even though the same person saw my children play for three hours two days earlier. Rule is rule. And to rub it in, she asked me three times if I still wanted the wellness ticket......, what while the children wait outside ??' And to top it all off, when we left the building, an older woman shouted at my 9 year old as if she was a criminal stealing because she went to get a little brochure from the ticket office, as a souvenir. She schusst us out as if we were the worst of the worst. First time around, great experience for the kids and myself. Second time great for the kids only. The showers are, however, way too cold for me. Again, not for the children. I so looked forward to my well-deserved me-time in the wellness and the kids evidently did not need me at all to enjoy themselves. It would have been 5 stars without all this...

Ich habe mit meiner Freundin Urlaub in Andermatt gemacht und das haben zum Anlass genommen, einen Tag im Bogn Sedrun zu verbringen. Im Voraus haben wir per Facebook zweimal Kontakt zum Bogn Sedrun Team aufgenommen und haben beide Male eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort bekommen. Wir waren die meiste Zeit im Wellness Bereich. In dem Wellness Bereich herscht eine sehr angenehme beruhigende Atmosphäre. Es gibt drei verschiedene Saunen, im Innenbereich eine Sauna mit 60° und eine Sauna mit 90° und im Außenbereich gibt es noch eine 80° Sauna. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein römisches Bad mit Dampfbad und Aromabad. Zwischendurch kann man sich mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge entspannen. Das Team war größtenteils sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, einzig ein Mitarbeiter war sehr harsch und unfreundlich. Ich wollte durch eine Tür gehen neben der "Massage" stand, um zu fragen, was für Massagen angeboten werden und was diese kosten. Das hat der Mitarbeiter gesehen und mich dann sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass dies ein Privatbereich wäre und ich keinen Zutritt hätte, anstatt mich freundlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass ich vorher an der Rezeption einen Termin für eine Massage ausmachen muss und welche Massagen angeboten werden. Es war auch nirgendwo ein Hinweis zu finden, dass dieser Bereich nicht ohne Weiteres zu betreten ist. Danach war mir die Lust auf eine Massage leider vergangen, schade! Ein anderes positives Beispiel für die Qualität der Mitarbeiter ist, dass ich meine Armbanduhr, meine Brille und mein Handy in der Umkleidekabine vergessen hatte und eine Mitarbeiterin alles gefunden und verwart hatte. Im Erlebnisbad waren wir nur kurz, da es dort sehr laut und voll war. Es gibt noch ein Solarium und ein Restaurant, welche aber beide von uns nicht in Anspruch...

We went as a family on a Friday from 10:45 to 12:30, taking a break from skiing. The newly renovated facilities were a perfect mix of price, size, offering, and busy. While small, it's well designed with enough of everything. We all loved the slide (which tracked the sliding speed and times). My wife and I appreciated the views and the places to lie in the sun. We didn’t use the eating area, but I was impressed with the space and the meal offering.

We will return as a family and in other groups to enjoy the wellness area (not visited this time).
