Winery C. Varonier & Sons Ltd. — Attraction in Varen

We were staying in BnB Zum Schlei which has rooms named after wineries in Varen. We had our wine degustation at Varonier and it was wonderful!! The woman who hosted us (wife and mother of the wine owners) was really great! She was friendly and fun to talk to and let us taste a nice variety of wines. It was the highlight of our stay! We ended up buying 12 bottles since we loved the wine so much! The Cabernet Sauvignon barrique and Chardonnay barrique were our favorites!! We really appreciated her hospitality! Ich durfte mittlerweile einige Produkte (CF, PN, ME) degustieren und als Speisebegleiter geniessen - allesamt von hervorragender Qualität. Heute nun, durfte ich mich mit dem Baby - Orange - auseinander setzen und hab mich als alter traditionalist schockverliebt.
