High-Heel Church — Attraction in Budai Township

This glass church, shaped just like a vast high-heeled shoe is an architectural masterpiece that one can't miss having a glimpse of while passing through the coastal province of Chiayi.

I learnt that this US$686,000 (£477,000) building comprises of 320 tinted glass panels. This shiny blue building with over 10 metres width is is an outstanding structure in that vicinity.

It is a township park with the focus of high-pressured blue-color high-heel shape building, which is often called "high-heel church", for the wedding ceremony and for photo taking. But the park is relatively new, and does not have tall trees to avoid summer heat.
