There is a public paid parking nearby ($50), but no one charged us when we were leaving. It's a site of palaeolithic culture in Taiwan.
The biggest one is Lingyen cave, just behind the visitor centre. The day (early April 2018) when we visited: Chauyin cave: open. Yongan cave: closed. Chianyuan cave: dangerous, several dogs Hailei cave: closed. Chaozhen cave: last open one along the climbing trail. Nothing to see actually.
