I biked there in about 30-40 mins from Houlong Village through the fields. The wind turbines are interesting to look at, and there is a great bike track along the coast to cruise along and feel the wind in your hair :) Seating is scattered all along the track to stop and look out at the ocean and the coast. Highly recommended if you have some time to fill in...

Very simple clean greyish sandy beach salty clean water, really good for simple beach side fishing of small fishlings really good to est as deep fried...

非常漂亮的地方，看著美麗的風景，心情很美✨

小小的海邊原來還有一個很特別的景觀 那就是石滬 當海浪逐漸退潮時可以看到冒出來的一排石頭 漲潮時魚群沿著滬腳進入淺灘區覓食 退潮時游入滬房就無法脫身 好聰明的方式 再搭配牽罟的漁網作業 聽說以前最盛時期 這裡的人都是以這樣的捕魚方式為生 隨著時代進步，牽罟文化逐漸沒落 目前苗栗後龍水尾社區努力傳承保留這個傳統文化 這次跟著踩點又長了很多知識 原來也有這樣的社區默默在為文化努力 環保志工隊，定期定點來清潔社區及淨灘活動 傳統漁業文化-牽罟捕魚祭活動，保存社區歷史紀錄 社區照顧、關懷據點就是為了全方位的照顧社區裡的長者 下次來苗栗後龍 可以留意看看海邊的石滬群 不時海邊還有採收海瓜子的漁民 靠近他們就開始淘淘不絕的講了很多海邊的有趣事情 甚至邀請你下次再來這裡玩 讓我再次感受到魚村人民的人情味 充滿文化故事以及在地美麗風景的苗栗海岸鄉鎮社區 這次農村體驗留下了很多很好的印象 my instagram: lilianwang_tw
