Cikasuan Riverside Park — Attraction in Ji'an

Really cool free Waterpark that was excellent for younger kids. Plenty of shallow splash pads with water slide play equipment and sprays. Several larger slides for older kids and a small, basic wave pool. We went with a group of kids aged 1 to 7 and they all had a blast. Enjoyed it so much we went back a second day. Can't beat the price either as it's free.

Plenty of life guard supervision so it's safe, there are food stalls and pool toy vendors if you forget something. The bathrooms, changing rooms and showers were decent, clean and functional. Also, be aware that although silly, it's Taiwan, so you must have a swim cap...for some reason.

Note: There is a staff break from 12:00 - 1:30 every afternoon at which time guests are not allowed in the water or on the equipment. There are many tables in the area and so brining a lunch for the break time is...

Park in Hualien City that has water and land facilities. We took the kids there to play with water in the summer and it was super fun! Water is clean, there are many lifeguards on duty, and shaded seats for parents to rest. Many people brought their littles tents and picnic blankets since tables are limited in quantity. Water park is closed on Mondays. Hours are 9am to 5pm. Lunch break is 12:00-13:30. Uber and Foodpanda is available here but you must meet the delivery person at the park’s entrance. 【停車】 門口有非常少數的停車位，機車停車位較多，汽車大部分都沿著馬路兩側白線停放，10點多去就要至少停到100-200公尺以上的遠距離（8:30就開放購票進場了），炎熱天氣帶著泳圈等大包小包光走到門口都已經快融化…（下午3點要離開時還是同樣這麼多車）

【休息】 可以自備野餐墊、野餐桌或帳篷等用具，找個有樹蔭的地方作為放置物品的休息點，往內走的林蔭區下面也有不少座椅區，但太慢進場的根本找不到位置。

【廁所&更衣室】 廁所在入園不遠即可看到，數量不多，且孩子表示不太乾淨，但因為暑假週末期間遊客真的太多，就算清潔人員認真打掃大概也很難應付；更衣室要經過戲水區，經過服務台（橘色建築）再往內走一點，園區內動線滿繞的，指標也很不明確，需要改善。 ＊注意：下水者需全程戴泳帽並換穿泳衣，不可以穿海灘褲等下水（泳鏡則沒有特別要求）

【飲食】 活動期間在林蔭區（服務台斜對面區域）有販售泳圈、戲水玩具、泳衣和食物、飲料、點心等攤販，價位當然會比外面貴，就當樂園內價格方便就好比較能接受。也可以選擇蓋手章離園去外面吃，吃完再進場；也有不少人自備簡易的午餐。

沒看到飲水機等設備，建議自備足夠的飲用水或飲料，不然就只能現場購買（攤位）。

【戲水區】 1、有適合幼幼的親親水池，水位非常淺而且有遮蔭，適合最幼齡的幼兒。 2、中央區域有兩組水上遊具，上方水桶滿了會倒水下來，遊具外圍水域也算大可以漂浮戲水。 3、有一組大滑水道設施，但有身高限制，太小的孩子不能玩(印象130公分以下需要大人陪同，小孩110幾公分就被阻止不能玩)。 4、服務台旁邊是水滑梯（上下都有服務員/救生員盯著），溜下來下面就是漂漂河，小朋友超愛玩，可以一圈一圈玩不停！ 5、其他還有定時開放的雨林區和造浪區，開放前會有廣播通知大家可以移動過去玩。 6、上岸後也有簡單的沖水區可以沖身體或手腳，但是是冰冷的冷水。 7、地面夏季高溫還是很燙，戲水的孩子還是穿著涼鞋或拖鞋到泳池旁邊放比較好。

【安全性】 各個泳區都有1位以上（甚至多位）的救生員定點盯著，只要有人進入限制區域、沒戴泳帽或有其他需注意行為，馬上會吹哨提醒。

【休息時間】 11:50會廣播休息請遊客離開水池，各種噴水設備都會關起來，大概13:00左右有看到救生員在撈除水中的一些落葉雜質，13:30會重新開放戲水，基本上整體水質很清澈乾淨（水含氯）。

結語：暑假期間人潮真的非常多，漂漂河好像下水餃一樣一串一串的人😂...
