Fongguei Cave — Attraction in Magong City

I’ve been to Versailles, I’ve watched the sun rise over the Great Pyramids of Egypt, I’ve marveled at the Taj Mahal, and I’ve climbed the Great Wall of China. Yet none of these destinations can hold a candle to the majestic splendor that is the Fongguei Cave of Penghu. I was simply emotionally unprepared for the profound change that witnessing this spectacle would provoke in me. My life on this earth can now best be described as having two parts: before visiting the Fongguei Cave of Penghu, and after. My only regret is that I will never again be able to see it for the first time; that magical moment has come and gone, and I must now look forward to a life that will surely seem drab and bleak in comparison to the sheer joy that is the Fongguei...

The scenery is so stunning. If you are stay on the top of the tower, you can see great ocean and massive basalt. Besides, you can also hear waves hit on the rock sounds but I prefer the view. I think if I am in the bad mood then see this amazing view, I will feel better in the short time. There are several bench that you can sit and see these wonderful ocean...

It’s alright. Nothing special if the waves aren’t strong cuz then you won’t see or hear anything out of the ordinary. It’s a decent place to go to watch sunset if you’re tired of going to the rainbow bridge. There’s usually a few other people around with the same idea—or locals picking up food when the tide is low—but it’s easy to find a peaceful spot...
