A sad joke, don't waste your time and money. A large number of the 5 star reviews on here must be fake, there cannot be that many people living in Taiwan who think this unfinished product is worthy of 5 stars (most have non-traditional Chinese names which may be a clue). The sad joke starts with the unfinished entrance to the car park, we had to phone to check if we were even in the right place, when we were parked outside two groups of people entered the main door and quickly left, we should have heeded the sign. After entering the car park down the unfinished and extremely bumpy ramp we discovered there was a set fee of NT$100 to park but this would be waived on spending NT$2000 inside! NT$100 to park, in Nantou! Again we should have just turned around and left, unfortunately we persevered. Wandered through the "G" floor being continually pestered by vendors trying desperately to interest the very few visitors in what I would consider (VERY) overpriced products. The attempted rip off continued on the first floor where we learned it would cost over NT$400 for my wife, myself and two under 10's to walk up the "Tree of life" or whatever it's called! Are they joking? The rest of this floor is pretty much a construction site, wasn't much construction happening when we visited in the afternoon, most of the construction "workers" were sprawled on the floor in various areas asleep, no wonder it's taking so long to build. The factory levels were not accessible so we went to the top floor to see if something could be salvaged from the stop. No. More annoying vendors trying to convince you to buy something, could not be left in peace to even browse. Was very glad to leave but more than a bit Pi$$ed off at having to pay the NT$100 parking fee first before rattling up the ramp. If this is supposed to be a showcase for the companies products or Taiwan products in general it is the worst possible way of doing it, I'm so pi$$ed off at the place having gone out of my way to bring my family to visit (based on all the 5 star reviews and comments on here) that I will go out of my way to never purchase any products produced by this company. "Dream Factory"? Nightmare embarrassment would be more appropriate. Get your act together, stop charging people stupid parking fees and ridiculous sums to walk up your tree, tell the vendors to back off and leave people alone, and don't open until...

Hello...

Not only to finish the construction but to work on the attractions. Disappointment to drive all the way from Taichung. Credos to the marketing as I was not the only one fooled to make the trip. First time giving the lowest one star rating to warn anyone thinking of venturing to this place. Ok to look around if you are in the vicinity but not worth it if you need to drive a distance. Hopefully this low rating can some how spur the management and owners to do more to unlock the potential and make the dream a...
