Entrance fee is 100NT$ per person. There are small stands that sells food. Walk way up is a little steep, side of the roads are cherry blossoms.

Going there, what Ive noticed are,

No public transport to go up their place. Road in some point are not wide enough for two cars to pass through. Hard time to locate the place because of lack of direction signs.

Beautiful in February. Steep hiking covered with carpets. Doable with a stroller. Came on a Wednesday afternoon and still had spaces to park. No traffic jam on the way up. I heard during weekends it can be very crowded and traffic jam on the road. 120 ntd per person for weekday. 150 ntd during weekend. There is food at the start of the hike.
